Responsibilities & Opportunities

  • Participate in the Sika SAFE Program, ensuring compliance with safety policies and maintaining a clean work environment.
  • Operate forklifts to handle inbound materials, raw materials, and finished products.
  • Manage inventory, including counting, examining, and verifying materials against documents.
  • Perform cycle counts and other inventory-related tasks as required.
  • Contribute to cultural initiatives emphasizing safety, teamwork, and productivity.
  • Maintain accurate records and report discrepancies to supervisors.
  • Assist in other duties as directed by leadership.

Preferred Skills

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 3+ years experience in an industrial/manufacturing environment
  • Proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking, and comprehension)
  • Strong math skills, including work with fractions, decimals, and percentages
  • Ability to operate forklifts and other equipment as trained
  • Flexibility to work any shift and overtime as required
  • Self-motivated with excellent attendance and interpersonal skills
