We’re hiring a Sample Lab Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our Facades color/sample lab In Lancaster Texas. This hands-on role involves managing color matching, sample production, and lab staff while ensuring high productivity, accuracy, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and operate the sample lab for optimal efficiency and output
  • Manage color matching and production of acrylic coating samples
  • Maintain and update the sample/color database
  • Process sample requests promptly and accurately
  • Review special requests and approve final output
  • Ensure lab safety and regulatory compliance
  • Communicate with sales and customers as needed
  • Maintain lab inventory and order supplies as necessary
  • Submit accurate monthly reports on time
  • Check samples for accuracy before shipment
  • Support and guide lab staff to meet deadlines and goals
  • Report issues and updates to the department manager

Preferred Skills

  • Coatings or Paint color matching and/or mixing experience is required 
  • Good verbal and written skills
  • High school diploma and formal education 
  • Computer knowledge (Microsoft Office programs)
  • Ability to visibly distinguish colors. Cannot be color blind and must pass color blind test.
